| AR Cable Lube |
AR CABLE LUBE is a heavy-duty lubricant developed for the lubrication and preservation of wire ropes and cables. This product has been formulated with heavy residual base oil and proprietary rust and corrosion inhibitors. It is cut back with a volatile, non-chlorinated solvent for ease of application without heating. Its low viscosity and special wetting properties permit penetration to the core of the wire rope or cable. The solvent evaporates, leaving behind a tough, semi-fluid lubricant in the core and on each wire strand. It clings tenaciously to the surface and is not readily displaced by water. It contains an effective rust inhibitor for further protection. The residual film remains pliable even at low ambient temperatures. Between treatments, lubrication is supplied from the core, which acts as a reservoir to distribute the lubricant to each wire and strand. AR CABLE LUBE will reduce friction and wear between the wires and strands. The coating on the exterior of the cable protects and lubricates the cable and serves as a cushion between the cable and the sheaves or drums. |

| AR Jackhammer Oil ISO 150 |
AR Jackhammer oil will enhance the life of equipment and with stands extreme pressure and heavy shock loads typical of rock drill service, protecting the equipment against rapid wear. It provides tenacious film that clings to lubricated parts. Resists being washed away by trace water in the compressed air. It provides antirust performance and protects critical parts from the corrosive action of wet environments. This product can be used for general purpose lubrication of gears, air tools, in hand oiling and for chain drives, thereby reducing the number of lubricants in inventory. AR Jackhammer oil is designed to give maximum protection to percussion rock drills. They are formulated from highly refined, high viscosity index, paraffinic base stocks and additives, which provide all the performance characteristics, expected of superior rock drill oil. This product is formulated to meet the critical lubrication demands of percussion rock drills. There superior extreme pressure performance provides protection for the rock drill piston, rifle bar and nut against the heavy shock loads typical of rock drill service. The adhesiveness and emulsification tendency of these oils provide a tenacious lubricant film on the rock drill's moving parts which will not be washed off by incidental water that is common in the compressed air which drives the piston in this application. The oils also provide excellent rust and corrosion protection, which is important in light of the corrosive environments in which many rock drill sare used. AR Jackhammer oil contains no chlorinated additives and are completely ashless, minimizing environmental and disposal considerations. Additionally, since rock drills are frequently used in mining environments where ventilation is limited, the low odor and toxicity of these lubricants are added benefits. |

| AR Spindle Oil 10 |
AR Spindle Oil 10 is a premium light-weight synthetic lubricant designed to provide the necessary lubricant requirements of high-speed spindles and bearings on spinning frames and modern industrial equiment. AR Spindle Oil 10 is rust and oxidation inhibited, therefore, it protects surfaces against rust and corrosion, and the product resists oxidation at high temperatures commonly experienced at the lubrication point of high-speed activity. Oxidation resistance, a critical feature, virtually eliminates carbon and varnish formation on the high-speed parts, extending trouble-free operation of both lubricant and equipment. Beacuse of AR Spingle Oil 10's enchanced lubricity and antiwear properties, it reduces friction and component wear, which in turn reduces heat, further enhancing the product's oxidation resistance. AR Spindle Oil 10 is water white and does not contain colored chemicals or additives and is considered non-staining. |
| AR Transformer Oil SA |
AR Transformer Oil SA meet standard specifications required by both ANSI/ASTM D 3487 and NEMA TR-P8-1975 for domestic electrical oil applications. | AR Turbine Oil 32 |
AR Turbine Oil is a long life lubricant with excellent thermal and oxidation stability; it has excellent demulsibility, which assures good lubricant, film strength and reduced wear through quick water separation. AR Turbine Oil will protect surfaces due to the use of an effective rust and corrosion inhibitor. These products excellent properties will allow you to replace other compressor, turbine, and hydraulic oils, as well as gear boxes oils, requiring a nonEP lubricant; thus reducing inventories. AR Turbine Oil provides rust protection, oxidation inhibition, and foam suppression. This product is a good quality lubricant for any application not requiring antiwear or extreme pressure protection. They pass the Fresh Water Corrosion Test (ASTM D 665, Procedure A), and the severe Synthetic Sea Water Test (ASTM D 665, Procedure B). The natural thermal and oxidation stability of these lubricants, due to their high level of refinement, has been further enhanced by their unique additive systems. The high thermal and oxidation stability also reduces the possibility of oxidation deposits or the generation of acidic material from oxidation. AR Turbine Oils are able to withstand relatively high temperature operations for extended periods of time. |
| AR Ultra Gear Lube Oil 90 WT/ISO 220 |
Applied Research Ultra Gear Lubricants are excellent for all types of industrial bearings and gears, particularly those operating under severe temperature and load conditions. They provide excellent wear control even in the presence of small amounts of water. Applied Research Ultra Gear Lubricants meet the requirements of: U.S. Steel 224, AGMA 9005 EP. Applied Research Ultra Gear Lubricants are acceptable as lubricants where there is no possibility of food contact (H2) in and around food processing areas. Applied Research Ultra Gear Lubricants are Premium Grade multipurpose Extreme Pressure gear lubricants. Applied Research Ultra Gear Lubricants provide outstanding protection against oxidation, corrosion, and rust protection. These products are ideally suited for gear sets exposed to extremely high temperatures and loads. Tests have proven that they provide a wear protection film 3 to 5 times thicker than a conventional sulfur-phosphorus antiwear film. The inorganic borate film is composed of compounds that do not adversely react with metal. The film forms promptly to provide superior gear protection and improved thermal stability. By minimizing friction, cooler operating temperatures have been observed. This results in longer gear and lubricant life.
